Program Overview

This program aims to train students in all aspects related to criminal law and criminal sciences. The importance of this specialization lies in the fact that the Algerian state is in urgent need of such expertise, both academically and professionally. Therefore, it is necessary to train legal professionals specialized in the field of criminal law and criminal sciences, given its significant benefits.

  • Enable students who have not had the opportunity to pursue postgraduate studies to integrate into the professional world due to the nature of the specialization (Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences), particularly in areas such as: dispute resolution departments across various administrative and economic sectors, legal consultancy, legal practice, and the judiciary.
  • Provide students with a solid understanding of the specialization (Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences) and its key fields.
  • Deepen students’ knowledge of the fundamental concepts related to the specialization path (Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences).
  • Equip students with tools and skills in scientific research and technical and professional methods, as well as communication with their environment.


Offer students the opportunity to receive training in the specialization path in Arabic, while also enhancing their knowledge in a foreign language (English), thus enabling them to meet the demands of the modern world. This facilitates their integration into various professional sectors, whether as direct actors such as public servants, judges, notaries, and lawyers, or as essential partners such as legal advisors, ensuring rapid and effective access to the job market.

Admissions Information

 

1.    The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Law (LMD system) or an equivalent qualification.

2.    The Bachelor's degree must be in public Law.


The candidate must meet the minimum grade requirement according to the specialization
