Program Overview

The Master’s in Foreign Language Didactics, like all master’s programs, is based on a two-year training cycle (four semesters). This program offers a rich and specialized training in language didactics, ensuring a balance between theoretical knowledge and practical application.

It covers key areas such as oral expression didactics, listening comprehension didactics, written expression and comprehension didactics, and assessment, while also integrating complementary dimensions, particularly scientific research methodology, intercultural studies, and sociolinguistics. Foreign languages, modern technologies, and Artificial Intelligence in didactics are also emphasized, providing contemporary perspectives for the analysis and teaching of languages in diverse contexts.

The aim is to train professionals, teachers, and researchers capable of understanding classroom dynamics, solving complex didactic problems, and designing pedagogical and technological solutions adapted to current needs. This Master’s program thus prepares students to address contemporary challenges in the field of didactics and its applications.

The program is completed with the defense of a final dissertation supervised by a faculty member, within the framework of research methodology training spread over three semesters (the fourth semester being exclusively dedicated to the dissertation preparation).
