Advanced Topics

  • The program prepares Master's graduates to take on roles as mechanical design engineers or production management positions within national companies. After completing a Master's degree in mechanical manufacturing, graduates can work in mechanical production companies (handling manufacturing follow-up, industrial processes, etc.), in maintenance workshops across various industries, in design offices, in private companies, or in scientific research.
  • The role of an engineer or Master's graduate within a company is never static: their initial training and team management experience allow them to evolve toward managerial roles or technical sales engineering positions within their field of expertise.
  • The primary objective of the proposed Master's program is to provide students with the opportunity to integrate more rapidly into the professional world. Graduates will be well-equipped to work in a wide range of industrial sectors as engineering professionals in areas such as engineering services, business management, and more, within medium to large-sized companies.
  • The Algerian industry has a significant need for this type of specialist. The establishment of such specialized training programs is an absolute necessity. Algeria has one of the most competitive economies in Africa, with strong economic growth and a young population eager to enter the workforce.
  • There are many and diverse career opportunities, corresponding to a growing demand from the industry at all levels of qualification.
  • Among the many career paths accessible after completing this Master's program, we can mention the following non-exhaustive list:
  • Production Engineer
  • Planning Manager / Scheduling Manager
  • Process Engineer / Industrialization Engineer
  • Industrial Project Manager
  • Operations Manager
  • Industrial Flow Manager / Product Flow Coordinator
  • Shipping and Logistics Manager
