Acquiring knowledge about commercial banks, their functions and their relationships with the central bank. Knowing the different types of banks and the evaluation of their performance.

Definition of the mechanisms and equilibrium conditions of the money market. The explanation of monetary and economic phenomena in each theory, monetary policy and real intervention tools.
