Browse Programs Admission InformationThe Precision Agriculture program is divided into four parts, each representing four semesters of study.
Three of these are completed at UDL University.
The fourth semester is an internship at a research institute or company.
Students are required to write a thesis and defend it on the proposed research topic.
The modules in the semesters are :
1. Year
Semester 1
· Remote sensing and application of earth and environment related to precision agriculture
· GIS in precision agriculture I
· Soil properties and its measurement
Semester 2
· Sentinel 1 2 3 imagery for agriculture field monitoring
· GIS in precision agriculture II
· Application of Precision Agriculture for crops growing
2. Year
Semester 3
· Mechanization in precision farming
· Start-up initiatives for future farmers.
The following licenses may provide access to the training:
- Plant production (phytotechnics).
-Plant Protection.
-Water and Soil.
-Agro-ecology.
- Rural Engineering.
