Program Overview

The proposed project aims to offer academic training within the framework of the LMD system (Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate), in alignment with the ongoing reforms in the Algerian higher education system. It takes into account the profound transformations taking place in the sector and seeks to train students according to modern pedagogical standards that reflect scientific and intellectual developments. This approach is also designed to harmonize with international higher education standards by standardizing degrees and facilitating the integration of Algerian students into global academic and training environments, thereby enabling them to acquire high-level scientific competencies and research skills.

From this perspective, the program is designed to graduate individuals with strong academic and professional capabilities, qualifying them to engage in historical research and contribute to the preservation of Algeria’s national memory. It also seeks to support national institutions responsible for safeguarding historical memory, such as the National Archives, the National Library, the National Center for Studies and Research on the National Movement and the November 1st Revolution, the Ministry of Mujahideen (Veterans), the Ministry of Culture, and the Ministry of National Education. Additionally, the program offers academic pathways for scientific research and the development of historical knowledge.

Accordingly, this training program aspires to prepare qualified researchers capable of actively contributing to the protection, promotion, and transmission of national memory to future generations, guided by a responsible and scientific spirit.
