Program Overview


The training path in this specialization seeks to enable the student to master a group of media-specific techniques and technologies, which we discover through the study of a group of criteria, the most important of which are: an introduction to media and communication, in addition to schools, curricula, and society, media and communication technologies. It also covers the techniques of media editing in all its written, audio-visual, and electronic forms, and theories of media and communication. It also focuses on studying the media audience and the mechanisms of marketing and advertising.

The objectives of the training are:

- Providing the student with skills that enable him to understand media practice in its theoretical and professional dimensions.

- Contributing to the development and improvement of the performance of various media institutions.

- Preparing and training scientifically qualified cadres to develop Algerian institutions through the communication factor.

- Encouraging students to conduct scientific research and participate in developing the institution through training and education.

- Striving to provide students with specialized scientific knowledge, develop their abilities, and enhance their skills in dealing with the new media reality characterized by competition.

- Skills related to the academic and professional field.

- Scientific research skills, media content analysis skills.

- Skills related to the field of journalism, radio and television: such as radio and television presentation and activation skills.

- Journalistic writing skill.

- Skill in photography, directing and editing.
