Program Overview

The national orientation towards economic diversification and the promotion of investment and entrepreneurship in various sectors imposes the need to protect the national economy and at the same time benefit from its advantages, in order to promote economic development , through the training of specialists in the field of business administration, who are able to efficiently manage the head of the physical and human factors and make efficient use of resources using modern management methods; as well as the formation of economic incentives to solve the problems related to the optimal use of resources that ensure the best performance of the institutions and the economy as a whole.The general objectives of this training can be summarized as follows :

  • This specialization allows the formation of qualitative competencies that contribute to improving the performance of institutions in order to serve economic development.
  •   Making students choose the training paths that suit their abilities and according to their desires.
  •  Control of the economic and technical tools specialised in the management of the institutions.
  •   Developing knowledge in the fields of strategic planning, human resources management and production management.
  •  The ability to absorb and apply some economic and administrative functions in the field of business administration.

Core Courses

The course in bachelor degree in the institute of economic and management sciences is according to the following model :

  • First year bachelor
  • The first semester: Empower the student with the essential and basic acquaintances and control the core economic concepts.
  • The second semester: The student is working to consolidate economic concepts in the field of economics through important modules.

At the end of the first year, the students are requested to select one of the proposed specialties in the second year :

 - Economic sciences

 - Management sciences

  • Second year bachelor

The second year proposes two study paths, the student ought to choose one :

  • -Economics Track: which ensures students gain a comprehensive understanding of economics fundamentals
  •  Management Sciences Track: that ensures students gain a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of management within economic institutions and administrations.
  • Third Year Business Administration Specialty :

When a student chooses to major in business administration, he can acquire a broad range of scientific and technical knowledge in the field. This major also allows for the development of highly qualified individuals who contribute to improving organizational performance, thus serving economic development.
