First Year (Master’s in Private Law)

The first year represents a stage for deepening and expanding the legal knowledge acquired during the Bachelor’s degree, with students receiving advanced core courses in the various branches of Private Law.

This year aims to provide students with a solid theoretical foundation and precise methodological tools, enabling them to understand complex issues in the field of Private Law and training them to analyze legal texts and judicial decisions.

Second Year (Master’s in Private Law)

This year is divided into two semesters: in the first semester, students continue studying in-depth courses in the fields of Private Law, while the second semester is dedicated to completing the Master’s dissertation under the supervision of a specialized professor, followed by its defense before a specialized examination committee.
