Browse Programs Admission InformationIn order to meet the needs of an increasingly demanding Algerian society, the proposed training program aims to prepare young researchers for the country's development. The training program in LMD (License, Master, Doctorate) specializing in Automation allows for the acquisition of knowledge and skills in the main areas of automation. The degree awarded by this program is an academic bachelor's degree in automation. The duration of the program is 2 semesters after the 4 common semesters of the science and technology specialty.
One of the main objectives of this training is to provide students with the basic knowledge necessary in automation, enabling them to find career opportunities in all fields related to control, regulation, and process control in industry. Applicants will continue their academic studies within the LMD system and may either pursue a Master's degree followed by a Doctorate or work on current topics and be capable of adopting and contributing to new process control techniques in industry.
Modeling and Identification of Systems
Power Electronics
Control of Linear Systems
C++ Programming
Microprocessors and Microcontrollers
Advanced topics in the Bachelor's degree in Automation include robust and adaptive control, which allows the design of regulators capable of adapting to variations in dynamic systems, as well as nonlinear control, essential for complex processes such as robotic systems and autonomous vehicles. Artificial intelligence applied to automation is also covered, particularly with machine learning for optimizing industrial systems. Students also explore computer vision and pattern recognition for automated inspection and intelligent robotics. Finally, concepts of industrial cybersecurity and advanced system supervision via IoT and Industry 4.0 are integrated to ensure efficient and secure management of modern automated infrastructures.
