Due to the developments and dynamism witnessed by its sciences and the needs of establishments for it, management sciences have been included in Algeria in the specializations of higher education as an independent branch from the branches of economic sciences. It includes training offers in the undergraduate and post-graduate stages in its three phases: Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate. In the Bachelor's level, the Management Sciences department is taught in the second year, and in the third year, students are directed to one of the specializations: Business Administration, Financial Management or Human Resources Management. As for the Master's level, the Management Sciences department includes offers according to the specializations of the third year of the Bachelor's degree.

Macroeconomics Module 1: Coefficient 2 and Balance 4
Learning Objectives: A comprehensive analysis of economic phenomena and control of aggregates.
Management Accounting Module: Coefficient 3 and Balance 6:
Learning Objectives: To guide the student and introduce him/her to the field of analytical accounting by introducing him/her to the costing method, which has multiple uses:
- Justifying the selling price, which is required in estimates, public contracts, etc.
- Assisting in decision-making.
- Post-control through deviations between what was estimated and what was achieved.
- Evaluation of certain goods produced and used by the same institution.
Introduction to Business Administration Scale: Coefficient 2 and Balance 4:
Educational Objectives: To prepare highly qualified graduates with distinguished business management skills that contribute to meeting the needs of the local and international labor market, and to provide business organizations with scientifically and practically qualified human resources.
Public Finance Scale: Coefficient 2 and Balance 4:
Educational Objectives: To provide the student with an understanding of the general state budget, including its two components: revenues and public expenditures.

Educational Objectives: To gain familiarity with the concept of the time value of money, interest rates, and loan amortization.
Monetary Economics Module: Unit 1 and Balance 1:
Learning Objectives: Understand money and its functions, monetary systems, and distinguish between the various segments of the financial market.

Learning Objectives: The student will acquire the ability to think clearly about an economic issue.

Management Information Systems Module: Coefficient 3 and Balance 6
Learning Objectives: Provide students with basic knowledge in information technology fields such as data management systems, programming, and networks. Students are also trained in the use of software and technological tools that support administrative processes, in addition to integrating information technology with business strategies.
Macroeconomics Module 2: Coefficient 2 and Balance 4:
Learning Objectives: Enhance the knowledge of Macroeconomics 1, including consumption, demand for money, general equilibrium, and growth models.
Business Management Scale: Coefficient 2 and Balance 4:
Learning Objectives: To familiarize students with the principles of business management and its most important functions, while acquiring some knowledge of decision-making theory.
Marketing Scale: Coefficient 2 and Balance 4:
Learning Objectives: To enable students to understand the principles of marketing, the marketing environment, market segmentation, and the elements of the marketing mix.

Learning Objectives: To refine the student's personality and provide them with the ability to communicate with the external environment. Furthermore, learning English provides the student with the ability to develop their research skills and expand their knowledge base.
Graduates of the Management Sciences Department, with its various specializations, can find numerous job opportunities in various industries, institutions, and companies, including:
• Banks.
• Government institutions and agencies (working in a ministry, government agency, or government company as a human resources officer, in the Ministry of Finance, in a regulatory body, in a planning agency, or in many other positions within the country).
• The Management Sciences Department qualifies you for administrative work in all market sectors. The Business Administration major qualifies you to work in administrative positions in marketing, planning, sales, advertising, purchasing, warehouses, finance, or in production and operations.
• Freelance work, meaning becoming a businessman or businesswoman and applying what you have learned in practice.
To be eligible for training in management sciences and hold a university degree in one of its specializations, the applicant must hold a baccalaureate degree in management and economics or in one of the scientific or technical specializations.
