Program Overview

The need for communication is becoming increasingly vital for all the mechanisms that govern various social developments. In fact, services that until recently belonged to the professional context (collaborative work, cloud computing, etc.) have entered everyday life through: social networks, online games, e-commerce, video ordering, mobile access to Internet services, etc. On the other hand, we note that the field of wired and wireless communications, despite well-known technological advances and modern methods used, still knows no limits to its applications. The rapid development of new communication products requires users to have a better command of the knowledge necessary to cope with this evolution. It therefore becomes necessary to invest in this area through knowledge, scientific research, and technological applications, as their impact on social and economic balances has become increasingly decisive... because mastering information is mastering the economy. Consequently, we see, in our opinion, the need to train the human framework, which has always been the basic and fundamental element of all development processes. It is in this context that this training is presented.
