The Faculty of Law and Political Science at Larbi Ben M’hidi University – Oum El Bouaghi aims to implement a training program within the framework of the new LMD (License-Master-Doctorate) system. This system has become the backbone of the university reform project adopted by the supervising authority, with the goal of improving the quality of education and aligning it with international standards. The importance of launching this specialization lies in the following:
· Providing students with a general understanding of all branches of public and private law and their main themes, as well as the most important topics included in each.
· Deepening the students’ knowledge of the fundamental areas of specialization (Bachelor of Law).
· Offering comprehensive coverage of all core units related to the specialization path.
· Expanding knowledge and developing students’ personal abilities by opening up wide perspectives through various exploratory and transversal units.
· Enabling students to pursue their specialization in Arabic, while also enhancing their knowledge of a foreign language (English) and training in computer science, thus encouraging openness to modern-day requirements.
