Program Overview

Training objectives: The training is based on the scientific sociological analysis of modern institutions and work organizations with all their structures and actors, specifically on the Algerian institution as a social institution that plays a fundamental role in social change, by enabling the student to understand the internal structure of the organizational system in all its branches and providing the student with the mechanisms and means necessary to study the problems that arise around work and organization.
