Browse Programs Admission InformationThe Bachelor of Financial Management program is conducted at the level of the University of Abdelhamid Mehri Constantine 2, Faculty of Economic Sciences, Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences, Department of Management Sciences, according to the Bachelor’s Qualification Resolution No. 801 dated July 7, 2022, according to the general organization of training, where the financial management major is classified as one of the specializations of the Management Sciences branch. This latter falls within the framework of the joint education base for the field of economic sciences, management and commercial sciences, if this is opened. La spécialisation s'adresse aux étudiants en sciences de gestion afin de les préparer à faire face à la nouvelle réalité, afin qu'ils disposent du matériel scientifique et pratique nécessaire dans les domaines de la gestion moderne avec une dimension globale et une vision globale soutenue par une large connaissance de la technologie et des systèmes d'information et du monde de la création d'institutions et de leur gestion stratégique.The proposed training also aims to provide a qualified and specialized product in the field of financial sciences, capable of handling various financial, accounting, and tax aspects through the rich and ambitious program included in this offering. Building a common set of skills in the fields of taxation, accounting, and management control, in light of the modern application of the financial accounting system and in compliance with the legislation and laws regulating taxes in Algeria;
Graduing students with high-quality financial competencies capable of filling the gap in Algerian society's needs for qualified individuals and specialists in the field of financial sciences, thanks to the proposed training, both theoretical and applied;
Strengthening the academic and cognitive level of students, thus qualifying outstanding students to enter the Master's program.
Students holding a passing grade in the second year of a Bachelor's degree in Management Sciences are accepted into this specialization based on two criteria. The first criterion is the student's desire to choose the specialization, while the second criterion is the department's responsibility, whereby the number of pedagogical seats available for the specialization is determined and students are ranked according to their grades. Whoever meets both admission requirements is chosen.
