Program Overview

The Faculty of Law and Political Science at Larbi Ben M’hidi University – Oum El Bouaghi aims to launch a training program within the framework of the new LMD (Licence-Master-Doctorate) university education system. This system has become the backbone of the university reform project adopted by the supervisory authorities with the goal of improving the quality of education and aligning it with international standards. Accordingly, the importance of opening this specialization can be summarized as follows:

·        Providing students with a general understanding of all branches of public and private law and their main themes, as well as the key topics contained in each.

·        Deepening knowledge of the fundamental concepts related to the specialization path (Bachelor of Law).

·        Ensuring a comprehensive understanding of all core units related to the specialization.

·        Broadening students’ knowledge and developing their personal skills through diverse exploratory and transversal units.

·        Offering students the opportunity to be trained in their field of specialization in Arabic, while also enhancing their knowledge in a foreign language (English) and training them in computer science—thus preparing them to meet the demands of the modern era.
