Browse Programs Admission InformationThe work and organisational Psychology training program aligns with the requirements of the labor market and meets the needs of public and private economic institutions, as well as public administrations, for qualified personnel working in various fields and departments of human resources, from selection and orientation to training and management, as well as various social services departments. This is in addition to opening up horizons for scientific research in the fields of occupational and organizational psychology.
The training in the work and organisational Psychology Bachelor's program aims to: improve and enhance students' skills in the field of intervention in various Algerian institutions to improve the quality of workers' lives; and provide managers with practical and objective methods in various areas of human resources management (attraction, recruitment, training, management, and maintenance of human resources). On the other hand, this bachelor's program will provide students with the appropriate tools for scientific research in:
- The study of job satisfaction, motivation to achieve,
- Mental health at work, absences and work-related accidents,
- Human resource strategies,
- Identifying employee training needs, analyzing job positions, and more.
This training track provides students with the basic foundational knowledge to enable them to become both a manager and a researcher.
