Browse Programs Admission InformationTo offer education oriented mainly towards ecology and the environment. It is intended to provide graduates with the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary for analyzing and diagnosing environmental problems as well as for describing and analysing the diversity of living things at different levels of perception (from cell to ecosystem) through static, evolutionary and functional approaches that help to understand the mechanisms governing living beings and to perceive their responses to global constraints and changes for better environmental management and conservation resources and biodiversity.
This training aims to raise awareness among students about the extent of the severity of the damage already perceived on different scales and which show the worrying dimensions reached today by the "global environmental crisis". Degradation may be of natural origin but it is often anthropogenic.
The aim of the scheme is to diversify the methods of control in order to assess as widely as possible the skills of students. In this context, the following will be assessed:
(1) student empowerment;
(2) regular monitoring of knowledge acquisition;
(3) the acquisition of teamwork and synthesis work skills;
(4) the student’s ability control
The students will use the knowledge acquired during this training in the fields of environmental protection, forestry, agriculture, etc. Others can put this knowledge to the service of private environmental consulting offices, in land or landscape planning to make our living environment more pleasant, or in NGOs that are dedicated to the environment.
Several courses acquired in this training emphasize the mastery of business techniques, they will allow students to acquire the technical and managerial skills required in management positions (companies, local authorities).
