Program Overview

The Master's program in Distribution and Connected Commerce aims to train students for careers in retail and e-commerce by providing them with fundamental knowledge of e-commerce strategies and emerging distribution trends (omnichannel, phygital, etc.).

At the end of the three-year program, students will develop new skills in:

  • Defining omnichannel strategies tailored to each context
  • Proposing SEO or digital communication plans
  • Implementing operational solutions to optimize the customer experience across all platforms
  • Collecting and analyzing customer data to provide relevant recommendations.

Admissions Information

Applications are open to anyone holding a bachelor's degree in the field of economics, management, or business sciences (SEGC).

Proficiency in French is mandatory. Proficiency in English is a plus.
