In addition, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research can, through a ministerial circular, impose additional requirements if necessary.

The office is one of the services of the Vice-Rectorate of higher education at the first and second cycles, continuing education and diplomas, an,d higher education for graduation. All foreign students should come to our office for registration with the following documents:
