This pedagogical training programme runs over (04) semesters distributed between the first year BA and the third year BA in the field of public law after passing the directed training programme in the first year.
The training in the field of public law initially targets new students who hold a baccalaureate degree in various literary and scientific disciplines and who wish to pursue a high-level academic scientific training in the field of law. The training programme for the common trunk focuses on teaching and training new students the ABCs of law, its philosophy and scientific research methods in the field through a set of primary, secondary and occasional exploratory measures in the field of public law specifically through a diverse teaching system between lectures, applications, research and office work, by a distinguished pedagogical team, most of whom have the rank of senior lecturer.
The training programme in public law also extends to the third year to include students registered according to their desire in public law according to a more specialised pedagogical programme in the field of public law at the national and international level in order to enhance students' abilities to control the applications of public law provisions in preparation for the stage of studies at the master's level or in preparation for taking jobs in the various fields offered by the specialisation.
There are many indicators that ensure the success of this specialisation and its follow-up, the most important of which are :

The training system in the bachelor's degree in public law includes, in addition to the in-person training pattern - lectures and directed works - the participation of other pedagogical facilities in the training of students through targeted information days, seminars, scientific training workshops and field trips organised by the faculty in its departments or various scientific research laboratories at the level of the faculty, such as the laboratory of applied legal studies, the laboratory of studies and research on the Mediterranean or the laboratory of contracts and business law in addition to the activities in student life organised by the Sub-Directorate for Cultural and Sports Activities at the university level or

The Bachelor's degree in Public Law aims to achieve professional training objectives such as the graduation of qualified competencies in the various branches of public law capable of keeping pace with the dynamics witnessed by the public sector at the national and international levels in order to improve the performance of the various components of the public sector and increase their efficiency, so this programme seeks to train students in the field of public law in a way that ensures that these objectives and requirements are met.
-The student with a Bachelor of Public Law degree can also be employed in various central or decentralised administrations and public bodies of an administrative nature; in addition to the possibility of joining the judiciary and its agents or various free legal professions, including lawyers, judicial bailiffs, notaries, sales conservators, etc.
-Training and qualifying the student for the world of work in sectors related to the specialisation, such as public administrations and various judicial authorities and others
-Giving a specialised training to the student in public law that allows him to research in the rest of the branches of this specialisation in later stages.
The holder of a bachelor's degree in this specialisation can also continue his career in the field of master's degree in other more in-depth sub-specialisations, including the specialisations open at the level of the University of Constantine:
1- Specialisation in Public International Law.
2- Specialisation in public economic law.
3- Specialisation in Development and Construction Law.
4- Specialisation in digital law or various other specialisations in different universities in the country.
