Training Objectives:

This project has worked on a set of goals that serve both the academic institution and the researcher (student), as well as the external economic and social environment, which are mainly represented in:

- Equipping students with scientific, research, and technical skills that qualify them to work as university professors, researchers, and specialists in the chosen fields and disciplines or in various other sectors that align with the open specialties.

- Enabling students to engage in prevailing and emerging intellectual and theoretical discussions in the chosen fields that align with the main research topics and with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as well as the state policy in this sector.

- Enabling students to master analytical reasoning in legal sciences, Administrative Law, and related contemporary topics concerning modern variables, such as legal issues arising from the use of artificial intelligence, and the economic challenges facing the state in its effort to enact modern laws that align with its policy of encouraging local and foreign investment.

- Developing students' critical thinking skills and qualifying them to address legal problems and issues.

- Deepening students' knowledge of legal specialties and their connection to societal issues.

- Instilling a spirit of creativity and continuous knowledge development in students in the field of law.

- The relationship with strategic axes and priorities

The relationship between the proposed projects is characterized by an intertwining and connection within the field of administrative law, where a set of research issues will be integrated, falling under the national research axes represented in the areas of governance, law, and justice, as well as the related sub-axes.

Accordingly, in the framework of embodying the relationship between the priority strategic axes and the proposed project, topics that primarily serve administrative law were chosen, focusing on the following axes:

- 01 "Governance": Work has been done on the sub-axis related to "Administrative and Judicial Governance."

- 02 "Law and Justice": Work has been done on the sub-axis related to "Modernizing Justice."

- 22 "Administration and Political Science": Work has been done on the sub-axis represented by "E-Government."

- 16 "Technological Development": Work has been done to link administrative law in Algeria with the sub-axis related to "Information and Communication Technology and Digitalization."

Secondly: The final project:

The student's educational trajectory culminates in a doctoral thesis addressing one of the topics covered in the training presentation outlined on the national platform.

Core Courses

This specialization aims to ensure training in a set of important core standards, which are divided into two semesters as follows:

- Semester 1:

- Remedial courses in the specialty of Administrative Law related to doctoral training: E-Government, Local Government Management 24 hours.

-Courses in horizontal standards according to the complementary training program: Methodology courses 24 hours 

- Teaching in scientific research: Introductory courses in teaching and pedagogy 24 hours 

- Information and communication technologies: Courses in information and communication technologies 18 hours 

- Capacity-building courses in foreign languages 24 hours 

-Semester 2:

- Prevention and Combating Corruption, Public Service and Human Resources Management24 hours.

- Electronic research methodology 24 hours 

- Pedagogical psychology 24 hours 

- Introduction to information and communication technologies 18 hours  

Advanced Topics

This specialization also ensures the exploration and recognition of a range of other topics that intersect with the specialization of Administrative Law through seminars and training workshops for doctoral students, as follows:
