Bachelor’s Degree in Life and Natural Sciences:

  • Duration: 3 years (BAC+3)
  • Objective: To provide a solid foundational education in biological and environmental sciences.
  • Program Content: The first year is a common core in Life and Natural Sciences, covering fundamental disciplines such as general biology, chemistry, physics, and mathematics.

The advanced topics covered in this program include microbiology and applied genetics, in-depth study of ecosystems and their dynamics, evaluation and management of natural resources, as well as modern biotechnology techniques for the enhancement and conservation of life. Students also explore bioinformatics and modeling of biological systems, the impacts of climate change on natural environments, as well as innovative approaches in bioremediation and sustainable management of aquatic and terrestrial resources. This training thus prepares students for varied careers in research, environmental conservation, biological industries, and natural resource management.

Admissions Information

Access to higher education and training is open to holders of the baccalaureate or an equivalent recognized foreign qualification.

A new registration procedure has been implemented by the Ministry of Higher Education since the 2014/2015 academic year, whereby pre-registration, orientation, and appeals for new baccalaureate holders are conducted exclusively online.
