The objectives of the doctoral training program in the electrical engineering field can be summarized in the following points: - Researchers (supervisors - PhD students) participate in promoting the knowledge produced by university research through seminars and conferences, and through collaboration with professional associations and the industrial sector. - Creation of a cooperative and collaborative link to directly connect university research with the socio-economic world in order to implement state policy in terms of modernization and technological exploitation and benefit the development of industry and energy security. - Participation in the creation of a real-world environment with an experimental platform for the development and practical implementation of models and prototypes of components that can subsequently be delivered to meet the Algerian market's needs for industrial equipment and renewable energy in their soft (software, programs, etc.) or hard (regulators, inverters, control boards, etc.) forms. - Promote the intellectual output of doctoral students and support the research carried out within the laboratory's research teams. - Prepare doctoral students for professional integration. - This training aims to strengthen scientific teaching and learning in the context of Algerian higher education. - The knowledge and skills of doctoral researchers also enable applied research to support the innovation of STARUP projects, in collaboration with graduate students for the creation and management of their small businesses operating in the energy sector.
