Program Overview

Automation is a fundamental discipline in engineering sciences, dedicated to the analysis, modeling, and control of dynamic systems. By its interdisciplinary nature, it is involving skills in electromechanics, electronics, industrial computing and applied mathematics.

This program trains versatile graduates capable of designing, simulating, and implementing automated systems. It prepares students to meet the challenges of modern automation while developing both technical expertise and cross-disciplinary skills

The main objectives of the program are as follows :

- To acquire the scientific and technical  foundations essential for automatic control (mathematics, physics, electronics, electrical engineering, industrial computing) ;

- To learn how to model, analyze, and control linear dynamic systems, in both continuous and discrete time ;

- To master control techniques such as PID control and state feedback ;

- To use specialized software tools for the simulation and design of automated systems (MATLAB/Simulink, C++, Python) ;

- To develop transferable skills, including problem-solving, technical communication, and project management ;

- To prepare students for direct entry into the workforce or for further studies at the Master’s level.
