About Us

Our institution used to be named the Preparatory School in Economics, Commercial Sciences and Management of Constantine since 2010. Henceforth, it holds the appellation of Ecole Supérieure de Comptabilité et de Finances (ESCF) the Superior School in Accounting and Finance of Constantine. It was created by the executive decree 17-87 of 18 Joumada El Oula 1438 corresponding to February 15, 2017. Nowadays, the school represents a public institution with academic and scientific character under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research..


The school’s assignment is to provide, on one hand, an outstanding preparatory grounding for new baccalaureate graduates, preparing them, during two years, for the national exam to access the Superior Schools in Commerce, Economics and Management. On the other hand, the school offers a three-year specialized traineeship in Finance and Accounting for the students who passed the National Exam. At the end of the five years study path, students obtain a Master’s degree.

Key Requirements

The ESCF welcomes all new baccalaureate holders who meet the requirements set annually in the ministerial circular relating to students’ orientation according to their general average. These baccalaureate graduates are also selected conferring to two priorities:


PRIORITY 1: Mathematics

Management and Economics


PRIORITY 2: Experimental Sciences domain.


PREPARATORY GROUNDING

The preparatory classes integrated into the eight National Superior Schools provide a rich teaching program in Economics and Management, Mathematics, Linguistics, and Computer Sciences, etc. All students are concerned with the forementioned subjects.

NATIONAL EXAM

The access to second cycles in Superior Schools is conditioned by passing a national exam organized annually by each superior school. This exam is organized by title; which represents 80% of the total academic seats accessible in the second cycle; for the benefit of the students from the same basic grounding in the same school.

The exam based on a written test, for the remaining academic seats, is accessible to the Superior School’s students wo did not pass the national exam organized by title, besides students from other schools, universities and university centers in the same field of formation.


SECOND CYCLE ACADEMIC PATHWAYS OFFERS

Once admitted, the student will follow one of four specialized training courses which last three years: one core year and two years of specialty in Masters.

Currently, the ESCF offers four specialties, which aim to prepare students for a solid tutoring by combining academic training with practice through practical internships.

In addition, students will be formed in various domains related to their specialties and will master the profession's software. The school’s strategy allows the student to acquire an array of theoretical and practical knowledge which permit a smooth integration into the professional life.
