The Master’s program in E-Management represents an extension of traditional management specializations and aims to develop students’ advanced competencies and knowledge in the use of digital and information technologies in organizational management. This specialization focuses on integrating information and communication technologies (ICT) into administrative processes in order to improve performance, accelerate decision-making, and enhance resource efficiency within organizations.

The program emphasizes the study of management information systems, digital management of human and financial resources, e-commerce, digital project management, data-driven analysis and decision-making, information security, and digital governance. It also seeks to qualify students for advanced leadership and consultancy positions in digital organizations, enabling them to design and implement innovative digital management solutions that contribute to improving institutional performance and adapting to contemporary technological and economic changes.

The Master’s program in E-Management aims to:
