The Master’s specialization in Human Resource Management is an extension of the Bachelor’s program. It aims to develop and deepen advanced knowledge and skills in managing human resources within various organizations, with a focus on modern strategies and professional best practices. This program also addresses policies and strategies related to human capital, talent management, strategic human resource planning, continuous training and development, performance management, compensation and incentives, labor relations, and organizational governance.

The program prepares students for advanced leadership and consulting roles, enabling them to analyze complex human resource challenges and propose effective solutions aligned with organizational goals and strategies, while adhering to legal, ethical, and contemporary economic and organizational standards.

The program aims to:

  • Develop leadership skills in human resource management, preparing students for managerial positions in HR departments.
  • Enhance strategic capabilities in human capital planning and management, enabling students to design effective talent management and competency development strategies.
  • Master recruitment and hiring policies, providing students with modern methods to select and recruit the right talent to improve organizational performance.
  • Cultivate training and development skills, allowing students to design and implement effective training programs that enhance employee development and productivity.
  • Strengthen performance management and motivation, equipping students to apply performance evaluation systems and develop incentive plans that improve employee satisfaction and productivity.
