This is an academic specialization within the LMD (License-Master-Doctorate) system at the Master’s level. It combines fields of economics and business management and aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to understand the economic business environment and effectively manage organizations. The program focuses on studying the relationship between economic and business factors and on applying management principles to improve organizational performance and enhance competitiveness.

Additionally, it emphasizes keeping up with global developments and deepening knowledge in finance and risk management. The program also allows students to pursue doctoral studies or careers related to this field, whether in knowledge transfer or implementation within organizations of various types and forms. This specialization aims to:

• Master the fundamental concepts and tools of economic analysis related to economics and business management.
• Meet the economic sector’s need for qualified professionals, particularly in business management.
• Prepare students to perform roles and tasks related to economics and business management.
• Develop proficiency in areas related to business economics and management in both Arabic and English.
• Prepare students for more advanced study at the Master’s and Doctorate levels.

This specialization was designed based on the experience of Algerian universities and some international universities to ensure that the program aligns with global developments while benefiting from the positive aspects of globalization.
