Program Overview

The Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Private Law) aims to provide students with a solid grounding in the theoretical foundations of law and its scientific and practical methodologies. This is achieved through the study of legal rules governing relationships between individuals and institutions.

The training pathway focuses on developing skills in legal analysis and drafting, as well as training students in the use of scientific research tools and both oral and written academic expression. This enhances students’ ability to analyze legal texts and relate them to practical realities. The programme also opens broad prospects for pursuing postgraduate studies in various legal specializations, in addition to professional opportunities in the judiciary, legal practice, public administration, and the private sector.
