Program Overview

The Master’s Degree programme in Law (Public Law) aims to train students to achieve a thorough mastery of the theoretical and practical rules governing the organization of the State, its institutions, and international relations. This is achieved through an in-depth study of various branches of law, such as Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Financial Law, Public International Law, International Humanitarian Law, among others.

The training pathway focuses on developing skills in legal analysis and providing a deeper study of regulatory texts and both national and international legislation. In addition, it trains students in scientific research and the drafting of legal research and reports, thereby enhancing their abilities in interpretation, construction, and relating legal texts to practical challenges in the fields of state governance and international relations.

First Year (Master’s in Public Law)

The first year represents a stage for deepening and expanding the legal knowledge acquired during the Bachelor’s degree, with students receiving advanced core courses in the various branches of Public Law.

This year aims to provide students with a solid theoretical foundation and precise methodological tools, enabling them to understand complex issues in the field of Public Law and training them to analyze legal texts and judicial decisions.

Second Year (Master’s in Public Law)

This year is divided into two semesters: in the first semester, students continue studying in-depth courses in the fields of Public Law, while the second semester is dedicated to completing the Master’s dissertation under the supervision of a specialized professor, followed by its defense before a specialized examination committee.
