Program Overview

The Preparatory class for Agricultural Sciences (Engineer) is a two-year intensive

academic program designed to equip students with a strong foundation in general

agronomy as well as techniques for improving plant and animal production. This

preparatory cycle is designed to prepare students for specialized studies in different

field of agriculture science.

The program aims to provide fundamental knowledge focusing on subjects essential

for understanding the natural and agricultural systems, including general biology,

cell biology, ecology, biochemistry, genetics, and physiology. Students also study

physics, chemistry, mathematics, and earth sciences to develop analytical and

problem-solving skills necessary for scientific research and applied sciences.

Engineering studies last for 5 years (2 years of preparatory cycle + 3 years of

engineering cycle). Upon the completion of the degree program, the candidate gets a

diploma in engineering

secondary/high school education and holder of a baccalaureate degree in Science.
