Program Overview

This program aims to train students in all areas related to public law and administrative litigation. The importance of this specialization lies in the fact that the Algerian state is in urgent need of such expertise, both academically and professionally. Therefore, it is essential to train legal professionals specialized in advanced public law, due to its significant impact on public administration and constitutional and administrative institutions of all types.

  • Enable students who have not had the opportunity to pursue postgraduate studies to integrate into the professional world, given the nature of the specialization (Advanced Public Law), particularly in fields such as: dispute resolution services in various administrative and economic sectors, legal consulting, legal practice, and the judiciary.
  • Provide students with a solid understanding of the specialization (Advanced Public Law) and its main areas.
  • Deepen students’ knowledge of core concepts related to the specialization path (Advanced Public Law).
  • Equip students with scientific research tools and professional skills, including technical methods and communication with their environment.
  • Offer students the opportunity to receive training in the specialization path in Arabic, while also enhancing their foreign language proficiency and computer literacy, thus encouraging them to be open to the demands of the modern era. This facilitates their integration into the labor market in various capacities, whether as direct actors such as public officials, judges, notaries, and lawyers, or as essential partners such as legal advisors, ensuring a fast and effective entry into the job market.

Admissions Information

 

1.    The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Law (LMD system) or an equivalent qualification.

2.    The Bachelor's degree must be in public Law.

3.    The candidate must meet the minimum grade requirement according to the specialization.
