Program Overview

Public Law is one of the branches of law and is considered one of the most popular academic specializations among students worldwide. It is strongly linked to numerous aspects of life, including issues related to commerce, the environment, business, politics, international relations, and human rights. Studying law provides a solid foundation that enables individuals to deal with complex issues rationally, setting them apart from others.

Since Advanced Public Law is concerned with the in-depth study of various fields related to the administrative and financial organization and management of public institutions, as well as the examination of their different activities and operational methods, training in this specialization is essential. It responds to the pressing need to master the legal system that governs such activities, both from substantive and procedural perspectives, while also highlighting the role of administrative, judicial, and political bodies in ensuring that administrative authorities comply with the principle of legality.

This specialization also aims to train highly qualified professionals who are capable of occupying key positions in the public sector (central administration, local authorities, various independent administrative bodies) as well as in the private sector (consulting firms, associations, law offices).
