Program Overview

The aim of opening this specialization is to enable holders of a Bachelor's degree under the new system in Administrative Law or Public Law to pursue their studies in Master 1 and 2. It also allows holders of a Bachelor's degree under the old system to continue their studies according to the conditions specified in the regulatory texts. Furthermore, it provides an opportunity to deepen theoretical concepts in the field with the goal of preparing for the doctoral stage.

There is no doubt that the primary objective behind launching this specialization is to develop human capacities in the higher education sector, especially in light of the increasing number of students obtaining the baccalaureate annually. Additionally, the Master 1 and 2 degrees will serve in the future as qualifications for entry into training in various fields.
