  • The first semesters are dedicated to acquiring the theoretical and methodological foundations of language didactics: conceptual frameworks of FLE/FOS/FOU, language acquisition/learning, teaching approaches and methods, needs analysis, design of pedagogical materials, and introduction to research methodology and scientific writing.

  • These teachings provide the necessary basis for analyzing practices and designing training systems. 

Advanced Topics

  • Advanced semesters offer specialized modules focusing on pedagogical engineering, assessment and remediation, integration of ICT and hybrid teaching, analysis of didactic corpora, classroom observation, and experimentation with innovative systems.
  • Students carry out tutored projects, case studies, and internships/immersions (according to the curriculum model), promoting professionalization and the connection between theory and practice.


  • Modules on the didactics of French as a foreign language, for specific purposes, and for academic purposes.
  • Teachings in language acquisition/learning and teaching methodology.
  • Pedagogical engineering modules (needs analysis, curriculum design, material development).
  • Teachings in learning assessment, remediation, and pedagogical differentiation.

  • Admission to the Master’s is open to holders of a Bachelor's degree in French Language, FLE/FLS Didactics, Language Sciences, Foreign Languages, or an equivalent degree, in accordance with current regulations.
