Program Overview

The goal of this program is to train students in all aspects of private law and business law. It emphasizes the significance of this specialization, considering Algeria’s urgent need—both academically and professionally—for experts in this field. Hence, it is necessary to train legal professionals specialized in business law, which has particular relevance amid evolving domestic and international commercial systems and the need to align laws with such changes.

  • Enable students who did not have the opportunity to pursue postgraduate studies to integrate professionally, given the nature of the specialization (Business Law).
  • Expose enrolled students to the essence of the specialization (Business Law) and its major areas.
  • Deepen students’ foundational knowledge specific to the specialism.
  • Equip students with research tools, scientific skills, and professional techniques of a technical and communicative nature.
  • Provide training in the specialization track in Arabic while also enhancing their proficiency in a foreign language and training them in computer science.
  • Encourage openness to contemporary requirements, facilitating their integration into the workforce in various capacities: directly as civil servants, judges, notaries, and lawyers, or indirectly as partners.
