Program Overview

Place of Training: Faculty of Law, Department of Private Law

Participants in the Training: Insurance companies from the public and private sectors.

Training Objectives:

  • To provide students, upon completing the training, with a solid scientific foundation in the field of insurance through specialized training in insurance practices, as well as additional knowledge in areas such as finance and insurance product distribution. This will open promising prospects for further academic research or practical application.
  • To train legal professionals specialized in insurance law, whose expertise is urgently needed by our institutions to drive economic growth and facilitate the integration of this sector within the framework of market law.

Admissions Information

Admission Requirements (Specifying the typical Bachelor's specializations eligible for enrollment in the relevant Master's program):

  • Holders of an LMD Bachelor's degree in Private Law or Public Law are eligible for the relevant Master's program.
  • Holders of a classic Bachelor's degree are eligible for the relevant Master's program.
  • Admission to this Master's program is also subject to the conditions and criteria established by the College's Ranking and Orientation Committee.
