Program Overview

The specialization in Digital Law falls within the context of aligning university education content with various technological developments, which have had significant impacts on the legal system. The Digital Law specialization enables students to:

  • Understand the effects of digitalization on traditional legal principles (such as contract theory, liability, etc.).
  • Comprehend modern legislation related to digitalization across various fields (e-government, e-commerce, electronic financial services, intellectual property, etc.).
  • Develop the ability to address the legal issues raised by the use of modern technological techniques (such as issues related to the use of electronic payment cards and electronic contracting, etc.).
  • Prepare students to grasp the rapid advancements in technological development and their impact on legal aspects.
