The human element constitutes the cornerstone of any organization, as an organization's ability to achieve its goals is determined by the efficiency of its human resources. Focus on human resources aims to analyze employee behavior and actions and develop a management model to direct their energies toward achieving the organization's goals. The Department of Management Sciences seeks to provide qualified personnel in human resources management, through a four-semester master's program, enabling organizations to rely on them in management and administration.
