Teaching Language : The Master's program in Private Law is taught in Arabic with the exception of the Transversal Teaching Unit - UET (Foreign Language) which is taught in English.

Curriculum Highlights

Core Courses

There are two exam sessions and two sessions for the final dissertation defense:

1/ Exams:

- The first regular session (late January to late February)

- Second regular session (late April to late May)

- Resit for the first session (early June)

- Resit for the second session (mid-June)

2/ The program culminates in the preparation of a master's thesis, which will be defended after successfully completing the program's exams.

Advanced Topics

The Master's program in Private Law is a gateway to law in general and aims to provide in-depth training in private law. It allows students to master the concepts of private law and to address legal and practical issues. It also prepares them for specialized studies and participation in job competitions.

For the targeted skills and abilities: - Participation in various competitive examinations such as the CAPA (Professional Certificate of Professional Aptitude), notary's office, judiciary, and bailiff's office.

- Work in public administrations (central and decentralized (local authorities and justice, etc.)) or in the economic sector, both public and private.

- Pursue studies toward a doctorate after successfully completing a competitive examination in similar competitions (private law, contracts and liability, professional liability, real estate law, etc.).

Admissions Information

Admission is based on specific criteria and conditions for this specialty, and is dependent on the number of available or allocated teaching positions. Students with a certificate of successful completion of the Master's in Private Law program and those admitted with an overall average of 10 are eligible for registration. Registration is based on an application (civil status document, CUTIS, certificate of good conduct) and payment of the registration fee. Indicators of the effectiveness of the Master's in Private Law program: - The presence of a qualified and specialized teaching team. - Extensive experience acquired in the field of private law. - A specialized library at the faculty level. - An acceptable integration rate and access to professional opportunities.
