Program Overview

The master titled “literature and civilization”, is the first branch to be implemented at the department of English. It is academic, and its main objective is to offer students a direct access to research in literature, civilization, and media education through a multidisciplinary approach to understanding the cultures of English speaking countries in their diversity. First, it aims at training specialists in English and young researchers in three major fields (literature, civilization and media education) in relation to the cultural periods of the English speaking world (British Studies, North American Studies, Commonwealth Studies and Postcolonial Studies). Second, it is to train students to mastering communication skills and digital tools like AI. The Master delves also to the field of marketing and business
