Browse Programs Admission InformationThe Master's program in Guidance and Counseling aims to acquire psychological and educational guidance and counseling techniques for various stakeholders within various educational, pedagogical, and social institutions that express a need for this, directly or indirectly. This specialization also aims to prepare theoretical models inspired by practical experience for the guidance and counseling processes and adopt them to help individuals adapt to the various fields with which they constantly interact, such as: the family, school, educational and training institutions, private institutions for various groups, and society. On the other hand, it aims to compare various methodological approaches and scientific theories with the results of practical field experiments in all fields that constitute the interaction of individuals with their environment
First semester: Concludes with the regular session exams and the first semester's remedial session, and deliberations on the results of the first regular and second semesters
Second semester: Examinations for the regular and remedial sessions for the second semester are conducted, and the results of the regular and remedial sessions are discussed. At the end of the first year, final deliberations are conducted on the students' results for the first and second semesters, and a list of successful students and those who have passed the exam and are permitted to advance to the second year of the Master's in Guidance and Counseling is announced. A list of repeat students and students excluded from studies is also determined
Third semester: Concludes with the regular and remedial third semester exams, and deliberations on the results of both the third semester and the two sessions.
Fourth semester: Concludes with the evaluation of students in the conferences scale, evaluation of students' achievement in the internship program, and discussion of the Master's theses. Discussions on student results are conducted during the fourth semester
At the end of the second year of the Master’s in Guidance and Counseling, final deliberations are held on the students’ results for the third and fourth semesters, and a list of students who have obtained an Academic Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling is published
