Program Overview

The aim of this specialty is to train scientific consultant executives in all areas of control and

analysis. It will include all the sciences involved in the production of biomolecules of plant

and animal origin, in the transformation of Macro-constituents, the optimization of their

nutritional, functional and sensory properties as well as the mastery of product control. The

nutrition and toxicology courses make it possible to address the major public health

challenges linked to the quality of products in the food chain and the transformation processes

into therapeutics and cosmetics.
