Ahmed ZABANA University of Relizane

Ahmed Zabana University of Relizane was first established as a university center under Executive Decree No. 08-206 dated July 6, 2008. Initially, it comprised four institutes:

• Institute of Legal and Administrative Sciences
• Institute of Social and Human Sciences
• Institute of Economic and Commercial Sciences
• Institute of Literature and Languages

Subsequently, modifications were made under Executive Decree No. 13-330 dated September 30, 2013, which led to the creation of two additional institutes:

• Institute of Science and Technology
• Institute of Exact Sciences and Natural and Life Sciences

The institution was later renamed “Ahmed Zabana University Center” by Ministerial Decision No. 01/14 dated October 23, 2014.

In 2020, the Ahmed Zabana University Center underwent a structural reorganization and was officially transformed into a university under Executive Decree No. 20-339 dated November 22, 2020, establishing Relizane University, which now comprises six faculties:

• Faculty of Science and Technology
• Faculty of Law
• Faculty of Social and Human Sciences
• Faculty of Economic, Commercial, and Management Sciences
• Faculty of Literature and Languages
• Faculty of Natural and Life Sciences

Conditions for University Registration

First: Registration for the Bachelor's Degree

The registration for the Bachelor's degree is subject to the following conditions:

1. The applicant must possess a high school diploma or an equivalent certificate.

2. If the number of candidates exceeds the available seats, candidates will be ranked according to the educational criteria established in the ministerial announcement regarding the registration and guidance of high school diploma holders for the year of issuance.

Registration Procedures: Registration is exclusively conducted through the "Study in Algeria" platform.

Second: Registration for the Master's Degree

The registration for the Master's degree is subject to the following conditions:

1. The applicant must hold a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent certificate.

2. If the number of candidates exceeds the available seats, candidates will be ranked based on their overall average from the Bachelor's degree stage.

Registration Procedures: Registration is exclusively conducted through the "Study in Algeria" platform.
