It is a university training offer concerned with studying a set of legal rules, which regulate the relationship of the state as a sovereign with its external surroundings of countries and international organizations and with its internal surroundings, i.e. its various public institutions, and public law regulates the state's relationship as an authority holder with individuals and legal persons, and its most important branches are constitutional law, administrative law, criminal law
