Program Overview

Process Engineering is an important field in the field of science and technology (S&T). Initially developed around fundamental Chemical Engineering, this field encompasses a very wide range of specialties (Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Materials Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Electrochemical Engineering, and Agri-Food Engineering). Process Engineering plays a vital role in all industrial processes for transforming matter and energy. To this end, it is essential to train engineers capable of mastering transformation processes on an industrial scale. This engineering degree in Chemical Process Engineering, whose curriculum includes both fundamental and specialized subjects, constitutes a multidisciplinary training in Process Engineering. To better assess the expected performance of the proposed training, a number of mechanisms are proposed for this engineering degree to evaluate and monitor the progress of teaching, the training programs, student/teacher and student/administration relationships, the future of graduates, as well as the assessments of the university's partners regarding the quality of the graduates recruited and/or the teaching provided. It is up to the training team to enrich this list with other criteria according to its own means and objectives. The evaluation methods can be implemented through surveys, on-site monitoring of students in training, and surveys of recruited graduates and their employers.
